- Inform me immediately after sending the deposit to avoid any confusion with your appointment. Please send me a screenshot of the payment receipt.

Important Notes
- As stated in my initial form, I typically design and tattoo on the same day. If a separate consultation or design session is needed, I will let you know in advance.
- By submitting this deposit, you confirm that you have already provided enough details about your tattoo idea. If I need additional information, I will contact you.
- The final price will be determined by the actual size and details of the tattoo. If it is larger or more detailed than originally discussed, there may be a price adjustment. You will be informed before tattooing begins.
- If you are reconsidering your idea or feel uncertain, please do not send the deposit and contact me first.
- If the deposit is not received within 3 days after submitting this form, your appointment will be considered canceled.
- The deposit is $500 to secure the booking, even if your project requires multiple sessions or multiple people are in your group.
